Identifying the exact cause of lameness is sometimes difficult.  As a first step we would generally examine the horse on its home ground and ascertain if further investigation is needed.  Further examination is best carried out on-site at our equine clinic in Halton where we have all the facilities in place to carry out a more detailed investigation, including:

 

• Large, secure treatment area
• Designated lunge and trot-up areas
• Secure stabling
• Extensive diagnostic facilities (digital x-ray, video endoscopy, etc.)
