To book a consultation with one of our equine vets, please call the Practice on 01296 623439 between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. (Telephones are manned outside these hours for EMERGENCIES ONLY). Telephone lines tend to be busy at the beginning and end of each day and it is advisable if your call is not urgent to avoid these times.

If you would like a visit by an equine vet, please call the surgery and give the receptionist as much information as possible, including details of the stables or yard where the horse is kept.  You will appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to give exact arrival times at the time of booking the appointment as vets will need to prioritise visits and will be out attending to horses in various locations - we will, however, keep you informed as much as possible.

EVENING ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS

We are pleased to announce that from 1 August 2010 we are introducing evening appointments on Thursday evenings for routine procedures.

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

• Routine work only can be booked in an evening appointment (see below for details).
• Bookings must be made before 5pm on the day before the required visit and are on a first come first served basis.
• The practice will allocate the vet to the visit.
• This service is only available to registered clients.     Call us on 01296 623439 to register or you  can register online.
• Non-clients may register and book an evening appointment but payment MUST be made at the time of booking.

• Emergency call outs will be carried out as normal by the emergency vet and will be charged accordingly.
