• Booking for visits MUST be made before 5pm the day before the free day.

• The free visit will take place between 8.30am and 6.00pm and the client will be notified at least 30 minutes before the expected arrival time.  We are unable to take bookings for specific times on free visit days.

• The practice will allocate the vet to the free visit zone.

• This service is only available to registered clients.

• Non clients may register and make a booking for a free day but payment must be made at the time of booking.

• If a client requires a particular day, time or vet, then the normal booking procedure and standard visit fees will apply.

• Bookings for non-routine work cannot usually be made on a free visit day

• Emergency call outs do not qualify for a free visit even if within the free zone on the free day.
