If you would like to register your horse with our practice, please call the surgery on 01296 623439 or call in to either the Halton or Merrilaw Surgeries and give the receptionist your details and the details of your horse(s).

If you are moving from another veterinary practice we will need to obtain any records they hold for your animals.  We will contact them and arrange this, however, they should also contact you to let you know that we have made the request to transfer records.  If your animal needs veterinary treatment in the meantime, however, before receipt of the records, it will of course receive whatever care and treatment is necessary.
