between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.  (Telephones are manned outside these hours for EMERGENCIES ONLY). Lines tend to be busier at the beginning and end of each day so if your call is not urgent it is best to avoid these times.

* Please note that the 6.30pm - 8.30pm late clinics on Tuesdays and Thursdays are intended for vaccinations and other routine appointments.  Emergencies after 6.30pm will be seen by the duty vet and charged at our out of hours rate.

 

The receptionists will do their best to accommodate your appointment requirements - please give as much information as possible so that appropriate time can be allocated to your pet’s condition.  The standard consultation time is10 minutes; if you have several issues to discuss with the vet or are planning to bring more than one animal, please let us know when booking the appointment.

 

If you would like to make an appointment for our Merrilaw Surgery in Great Missenden, please specify this to the receptionist.

 

On arrival

Please always book in at the reception desk on arrival.

 

If you are late and miss your appointment slot we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible around the other appointments.  If you would rather rearrange your appointment than wait for the next available slot, please let reception know. If you know in advance that you will be late, please phone and reschedule.

 

We do our best to adhere to booked appointment times but occasionally emergencies will need to be prioritised.
