Lisa graduated from the University of Bristol in 2004 and joined the small animal team at Wendover Heights in 2007. She achieved a post graduate General Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Medicine in 2010 and has a special interest in canine and feline medical cases. Lisa enjoys looking after the older patients registered at Wendover Heights as much as the young ones.
Lisa currently works part-time Monday to Wednesday and contributes to the out of hours emergency service provided by the practice. Lisa has an interest in animal welfare and also works for the charity Worldwide Veterinary Services, developing an online international teaching project for veterinary training in limited resource environments. Since 2013, Lisa has spent time volunteering for Mission Rabies, vaccinating and neutering street and owned dogs in India and Africa in the global fight against rabies. Lisa is owned by a very lively, tennis ball mad, labrador cross rescue called Ellie.
